I always recommend Visual Latin first. Then, if students want more, I recommend Lingua Latina. I only recommend First Year Latin by Robert Henle for those in Classical Conversations. Order one student book for each child you are teaching, plus one teacher's manual and audio file set for yourself. If you want to do the exercises as well, then you will want a student book for yourself also.
